The extreme suffering of refugee women is examined here, as aid is given to these desperate women. The United Nations Specialized Agencies, especially the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees(UNHCR), has won the Nobel Peace Prize-- TWICE!!!- 1951 AND 1978. You will see that, before WW II, there were NO international organizations, except the Red Cross, that did ANYTHING, to help women in the throes of war. This is why the Un MUST be supported!!!
