The challenge in prosecuting a crime the magnitude of 9/11 is beyond daunting. Looking back in our nation’s history, there is no precedent. However, a team of legal professionals have come together to examine the various efforts to bring legal actions related to 9/11, analyze the options available, what can and can’t work, and promising possibilities for progress in the quest for 9/11 justice.
